Spicy Raw banana bajji / fritters

Ingredients:
Raw banana – 2, washed, peeled, and each cut into two parts and sliced into thin chips with chips cutter,Immerse them in water,
Salt,
Besan – 150 gms,
Recd chilli powder – 1 tsp,
Ginger garlic paste – 1/4 tsp,
Haldi – 2 pinch,
Maggi masala magic 1/2 packet, ( you can use garam masala instead ),
2 pinch baking soda,
Finely chopped coriander leaves – 2 tsp,
White til – 1 tsp,
Ajwain – 1/4 tsp, crushed between palms,
Rice flour – 2 tablesp,
Oil to fry,
Method:
1).Take besan in a mixing bowl. Add all ingredients ( except oil )and mix thoroughly with clean hand.
2).Add water in batches to prepare medium thick batter. Add a tsp of hot oil to batter and mix again.
3).Drain the plantain slices, dip them one by one in the basan batter and drop into oil. Fry them light golden under medium low heat and remove them on to a kitchen tissue.
4).Serve these crispy, spicy fritters / bajji along with tea or coffee.
