Besan chutney in a jiffy

Besan chutney is a very simple recipe and can be ready within 5 minutes.It can be served with almost many break fast items like idli/ dosa/ pongal/ upma etc.This is my mother’s recipe.
Ingredients:
Chick pea flour/ besan – 4 tablesp,
Salt,
Jeera – 1/2 tsp,
Peeled and crushed garlic cloves – 5,
Red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp,
Red chilli – 2, broken into pieces,
Hing – 1 pinch,
Haldi – 2 pinch,
Mustard seeds – 1/4 tsp,
Curry leaves – few,
Chopped coriander leaves – 1 tsp,
Onion – 1 small, sliced fine,(optional),
Oil – 1 Tablesp,
Tamarind paste – 1/4 tsp,
Method:
1).Prepare besan solution by mixing besan and 175 to 200 ml water.Add salt, chilli powder,tamarind paste and haldi. Mix very o,well and keep it aside.
2).Heat oil in a kadai,add mustard seeds, hing, garlic, red chilli, jeera, curry leaves ,fry for few seconds. Add onion and fry till it becomes just soft.
3).Put the flame low and pour the besan solution .Start stirring quickly and continuously so that no lumps are formed.
4).When the chutney becomes a little thick with out raw smell, remove from fire. Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves.
Tip:
If you like chutney a bit thinner, you can add little more water few seconds before removing from fire.
