Karela fry in microwave oven

My favourite vegetable karela fry in microwave oven. Usually any fry needs lot of time and oil to prepare.But in microwave oven you can prepare this fry in a giffy with little oil.
Ingredients:
Tender karela – 250 gms,
Salt,
Amchur powder – 1/8 tsp,
Dhania powder – 1 tablesp,
Red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp,
Fried chick pea flour – 1 Tablesp,
Haldi – 2 pinch,
Garam masala – 1/4 tsp,
Amchur – 1/8 tsp,
Ginger garlic paste – 1/4 tsp,
Oil – 2 Tablesp,
Method:
1).Wash the karela, lightly scrape the skin, give a vertical cut,smear little salt with a pinch of amchur and keep them aside for 15 minutes),No need to remove seeds,
2).Prepare stuffing with masala powders along with 2 tsp of oil.
3).Squeeze out the karela to remove water content.Stuff them with prepared stuffing through the slit.Allow them to marinate for 2to 3 minutes.
4).Take a microwave safe bowl or plate preferably glass. Arrange the stuffed karela in that plate and drizzle remaining oil over them. Microwave the karela for 12 to 15 minutes. After 5 minutes sprinkle the remaining masala over them. Turn them 3 to 4 times during microwaving period. Check whether are crysp and fried properly.
5).Enjoy th crispy karela with sambar/ curd rice.
Tip:
a).No need to remove seeds especially when the karela are tender. They have got their own medical benefits.
b).My feeling is at least some bitter ness should be there in the recipes with karela.
c).However we can remove the bitter ness through several ways.You can check my recipe list in kitchen tips.
