Tasty peanut murukku

These tasty murukku are prepared with rice flour, peanut powder and roasted gram flour.
Fine rice flour – 300 Gms, ( you can use store brought flour also ),
Roasted gram flour – 30 Gms,
Dry fried and powdered peanut powder – 30 Gms,
Red chilli powder – 1/2 Tsp,
White til – 1 Tablesp,
Ajwain – 1/4 Tsp,
Melted butter – 1 Tablesp,
Oil to deep fry,
1).Take all the flours in a mixing bowl. Add salt, chilli powder, til, ajwain and butter. Mix well to prepare a medium soft dough. Cover and wait for 15 minutes.
2).Heat oil and fill the murukku mould with dough with one star plate ( after greasing the mould ).
3).Drop spirals into medium hot oil. The murukku may fall into oil as broken pieces because of peanut powder. Fry under low medium flame till light golden in colour. Prepare all the murukku , store in air tight container when cool.
4).Serve as evening snack with tea.
