Chopped coriander leaves – 125 Gms,
Capsicum – 1, medium, chopped into thin strips,
Potato – 1, ( Washed, boiled, peeled and cut into pieces),
Onion – 1, chopped roughly,
Freshly crushed pepper – 1/4 Tsp,
Butter – 1 Tablesp,
Milk – 25 ml,
All-purpose flour – 1/2 Tablesp,
1).Take 600 ml water in a thick bottomed kadai and add the chopped vegetables to it along with salt.
2).Simmer the vegetables for 20 minutes.
3).Blend flour with milk without any lumps. Add this to the boiling vegetables and mix well.
4).Allow it to cook till it thickens.
5).Sprinkle freshly crushed pepper and remove.
6).Serve hot with lime and butter.
You can add toasted croutons.
