Egg less Wheat flour sweet mini buns

These mini buns are healthy as we are using whole wheat flour instead of maida or all purpose flour.
Ingredients:
Wheat flour – 1 Cup,
Instant dry yeast – 1 Tsp,
Powdered sugar – 2 Tablesp,
Cooking oil – 3 Tablesp,
Salt – A pinch,
Tutti frutti – 3 Tablesp,
Luke warm milk – 1/2 Cup,(or a little more),
Method:
1).Mix wheat flour with sugar powder and salt.
2).Add yeast and cooking oil.Add milk little by little and prepare a soft and (a little ) sticky dough.Add 2 tablespoons of tutti frutti to the dough while mixing. Smear little oil over the dough ,cover and keep it in warm place for an hour or till the dough doubles in size.
3).After an hr,put the dough on kitchen platform and knead it very well.Divide it into 6 equal portions.
4).prepare into rounds and arrange them on a greased 7″ to 8″ tray leaving little space in between them.Decorate some tutti frutti on them and allow it rest for an hour with a damp cloth over them.
5).Pre heat the oven at 180 degree C.
5).After an hour the dough balls double in size.Brush them with milk and bake them in pre heated oven at 180 degree C for 10 to 12 minutes.
6).Remove the buns from oven and brush them with little butter.Serve them warm.
