Crispy Cauliflower in Air fryer

This crispy and spicy cauliflower is prepared in Air fryer with minimum oil.
Ingredients:
Healthy cauliflower head – 1, medium, washed in plenty of water and florets are separated and immersed in water for 15 min with little haldi and salt ,
Salt,
Red chilli powder – 3/4 Tsp,
Ginger garlic paste – 1/2 Tsp,
Garam masala – 1/4 Tsp,
Thick curd – 2 Tablesp,
Corn flour – 3 Tablesp,
Rice flour – 1 Tablesp,
Besan – 1 Tablesp,
Jeera powder – 1/8 Tsp,
Oil – 1 Tablesp + 1/2 Tsp for greasing,
Method:
1).Drain the florets and blanch them in boiling water for 3 minutes. Remove and let them slightly cool.
2).Mix curd with salt, all flours, chilli powder, garam masala,jeera powder, ginger garlic paste and one tablespoon of oil. Mix well.
3).Drop the florets in masala mix and gently rub it on florets so that all of them are nicely coated with the masala. Leave it for 15 min.
4).Pre heat the Air fryer for 8 min. at 200 degree C.
5).Grease an aluminium plate with few drops of oil and arrange the coated cauliflower on it. Fry them in Air fryer for 15 minutes at 180 degree C. Change the position of florets twice , once in 5 min in between for uniform frying. If necessary continue frying for few more minutes. Serve it as side dish or snack or starter.
Tip:
You can use lime juice and food colour in the marinade if you prefer. You can arrange the florets over the greased wire basket instead of metal plate if you desire.
