Spicy Chilli Kurkure Snack

This spicy ,crispy and tasty snack is prepared with green chillies with a coating of masala powders.
Ingredients:
Green chilli – 15,select little less pungent variety (like plump and light green coloured chilli),
Salt,
Suji / Semolina – 1 Tablesp,
Besan – 3 Tablesp,
Corn flour – 1 Tablesp,
Ajwain – 2 Pinches,
Red chilli powder – 2 Pinches ( optional ),
Oil to deep fry.
Method:
1).Wash the chillies ,remove stems and cut them vertically into thin slices.If the chilli is long cut it into 2 and slice.Remove the seeds completely.Keep them aside.
2).Mix all powders and add chilli slices to it.Gently mix them with masala along with 2 tsps of hot oil.If necessary sprinkle few drops of water to masala mix.
3).Heat oil and drop a handful of chilli slices into oil .Deep fry (under medium low heat ) them to light golden in colour.
4).Remove them on to a paper napkin to absorb excess oil if any.
Be careful these chilli bites are very hot and spicy.Serve them as side dish with curd rice/ any special rice preparations.
Tip:
A good snack with tea / coffee.
