Plantain fingers / sticks in Air fryer

These crispy plantain sticks or fingers are prepared quickly in Air fryer.
Ingredients:
Raw plantain – 1,medium, washed , peeled and cut into finger chips (like potato fingers).keep them immersed in water to avoid discolouration,
Oil – 2 to 3 Tsp,
Salt,
Suji/semolina – 2 Tsp,
Haldi – A pinch,
Corn flour – 1 Tablesp,
Black salt – A pinch,( optional)
Red chilli powder – 1/4 Tsp,
Method:
1).preheat Air fryer at 200 degree C for 3 min.
2).Meanwhile remove the fingers from water and dry them thoroughly with a kitchen cloth. Gently rub the fingers with 2 Tsp (or less)of oil.keep them aside.
3).Mix all powders in a wide bowl. Put the the fingers in this mix and toss them well so that the masala coats the fingers nicely.
4).Arrange the fingers on the greased wire basket of air fryer and air fry them at 180 degree C for 15 min.Toss the basket once or twice in between .Check for crispy ness and if necessary continue for few more minutes.
Serve them hot with tea or coffee.
Tip:
You can use black pepper powder in place of chilli powder.
