6 eggs boiled and shelled
2 Onions medium (sliced)
4 Green chillies (cut vertically into two)
1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
1 tsp – Dhania powder
1 tsp – ginger, Garlic paste
3 tbsp – oil
2 tsp – Coriander leaves (chopped)
6 curry, Patta leaves
1 Heat oil, add onion and green chillies. Fry till onion becomes pink and soft.
2 Add haldi curry leaves and ginger garlic paste. Fry till the raw smell goes.
3 Add dhania powder, chilli powder and salt, cook for 2 mins.
4 Cut eggs into four pieces each and add them to the above curry. Mix gently and cook covered for 2 mins (do not mash the egg pieces).
5 Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves before removing from fire.
6 Serve with chappatti/poori/any rice preparation.
